BMW Confirms Rival for Merc CLS
All the cool Germans were doing it.
Mercedes-Benz has the CLS, Porsche has the Panamera, and now BMW has finally decided to get with the program by deciding to build an obnoxious status-symbol car that only complete dickheads would drive in the middle of a recession.

That being said I think the CLS is sexy as hell despite not really having any practical use outside of double dates to horse races or whatever rich dudes do with their trophy wives.
Interestingly enough, I think the Bimmer looks exactly like a combination of the CLS and the Panamera.
God those kidney grilles are getting huge.
I’m guessing the production car won’t look quite as aggressive as that concept, but when you’re building a car for the show-off market you’ve got to strap some serious sculpting to it.
The Gran Sport is scheduled to be released this year, so keep checking RoadRoving for production pictures when they out.
